Unifying Analytics for Northwest Portland Indian Health Board

Issue:
Northwest Portland Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) oversees multiple health-focused websites, including Indian Country ECHO, WeRNative, and Healthy Native Youth. Their Google Analytics data was fragmented across Universal Analytics (UA) and GA4, making it difficult to track trends across all properties.
Description:
To solve this, I migrated five years of historical Universal Analytics (UA) data into BigQuery, ensuring it remained accessible for long-term analysis. I restructured Looker Studio dashboards to query data directly from GA4, BigQuery, and Search Console.
