Issue:
Thread Alaska is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing child development and early childhood education in Alaska. Post-COVID, the organization’s website no longer aligned with its evolving initiatives or the needs of its audience. The client had three separate websites long overdue for redesign. Content was built on an out-of-date page builder.
Description:
MSI utilized traffic data, heat mapping tools, and internal interviews to assess user behavior and identify key areas of improvement. The website was restructured to enhance user experience, highlight popular tools like the Childcare Search Tool, and create a new Policy and Advocacy section. The revamped site has seen significant increases in pageviews and overall traffic, indicating success in meeting community needs.
