First National Bank of Alaska has served Alaskans for over a century with solid customer service and award winning. The bank was overdue discussion and surveys of needs by internal and external stakeholders. Their Concrete CMS was ready for an update.
Description:
A solid usuablity study plus analytics provided a look into how the site could be reorganized for better functionality. The wireframed items were put to the tests before development confirming most design decisions and refining others. The new website combines a modern look, improved SEO, and enhanced functionality. The site features streamlined navigation for Personal, Business, Commercial, and Wealth Management services, a geotargeting tool for localized expert contact, and a dynamic FAQ database. Customers and editors now benefit from an intuitive interface, enabling quick access to services and seamless content updates.
